Fitness Gift Guide

No other time throughout the year has everyone wanting to be their best selves, including health wise, than a New Year. After all the eating we do for the holidays, everyone wants to jump into a fitness routine after Christmas, making it easy to gift something that will help them get a jump start when they’re ready. I personally plan to get back into the swing of healthy eating and consistent workouts once this month is over and I know in particular how much cute workout shoes and clothes make it easier to do. I’ve rounded up my fitness favorites for you to shop and hopefully give.

Adidas Running Shoe – I ordered these shoes to wear casually because I loved the style, but ended up loving how comfortable they were. I’ve been running in them instead.

Two Tone Nike Pants – Nike workout pants are my go-to. I love these in particular because they’re fun and can be worn with so many different things.

Nike Running Pouch – If you don’t have one of these, you need one. When I run out outdoors I use it to hold my keys and cell phone. Plus it’s much more fashionable than a regular fanny pack.

Marble Yoga Mat – I do a LOT of home workouts, so a yoga mat is a necessity for me. This one is chic and because it’s dark, won’t get worn as fast as the colorful ones I’ve had in the past.

Silver FitBit – This FitBit is so cute I’m contemplating actually getting one. It looks like an actual piece of jewelry.

Contemporary Backpack – I prefer to pack my gym things (resistance bands, waist belt, ankle weights, etc.) in a backpack, as opposed to a duffel. Weight on both on my shoulders is better for me and I love the colors and pattern of this backpack.

MCT Oil –  I’ve talked about this a few times on my Instastories and even I was skeptical at first. Not only does it give me a crazy boost of all natural energy making me laser focused, it curbs my appetite so I lose the urge to snack. I don’t recommend it if coffee makes you jittery, because this is coffee times two. But if you can take a nap after drinking coffee like me, get some MCT oil asap!

Color Blocked Leggings – Nordstrom had a similar pair but triple the price. Forever21 did great with this pair.

Foam Roller – A necessity. A foam roller is really one of those things that “hurts so good”. I used to get so sore it would keep me from working out for the next 2-3 days. Using a foam roller keeps me from needing to sit out.

iPhone Arm Holder – Because NOTHING compares to a hands free workout.

Strappy Workout Top – I recommend these for women with small chests like me. A bra isn’t necessary and the strappy style makes you feel a bit sexier when working up a sweat.

Bose Earbuds – I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I prefer these over my wireless beats. The sound quality is incredible and they’re tiny.

BKR Water Bottle – You should REALLY consider moving over to glass water bottles. Aside from the health benefits, the taste is way better. I drink way more water out of a glass water bottle and love the rubber grip on this one.

Nike Duffle – A great duffel for under $25. Can’t beat that.

Confetti Colored Nike Pants – The perfect way to make boring gym clothes fun.

Mesh Yoga Pants – I don’t have a pair of these but see so many women wearing them in the gym that I’m convinced I need to have them.

Nike FlyKnit – This pair is on sale and is still my hands down favorite travel/workout/run errands shoe.

Nike Two Tone Sports Bra – What I prefer to wear when I start seeing my results in the mirror LOL.

The Best Yoga Bodysuit – This bodysuit is amazing if you’re needing flexibility, particularly during yoga. The best part is I can throw a jacket over it and wear it to run errands as well.

    I am a fan of all of the above especially the Amino Energy i use it as a substitute for coffee some mornings really wakes me up when i need it.
